Processing Time
All orders undergo processing within 1–5 business days. Please note that shipments are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Each order is shipped with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress every step of the way.
Shipping Time
Currently, we provide only standard free shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days for all orders.
Shipping Address:
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
Does Gailik Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, Gailik only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification. If you haven’t received one, feel free to contact us at Support@gailik.com, and we’ll provide you with the tracking information. You can track your order using our tracking page.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.
